What's the likelihood of getting a right seat in a GII/III with Flightworks off the bat with no type but pretty good jet time? Are those Gucci-Jet FO seats reserved for current Flightworks pilots in the smaller aircraft? How does that work?

The majority of the right seaters in the GII's have come off the street from what I have heard. I think they just hired three or four off the street with no prior "Gucci-Jet" time for the GII in the last couple of months. I also hear a LOT of their newhires are retired Delta or other airline guys; they seem to be the only ones that will take the schedule and pay that is offered.

Great place to work, 13 on, 2 off, 12 on, 3 off. Good gig. The pay is below average too.
