Central Missouri State University. Good training in a medium sized "real" college. Only went 2 years but finished my BS there.

Does any one know of any good flight school? That is a part of a college or I can get college? Thank You

There are several out there (look into University of North Dakota), but in many cases the cost of the flight training at a University will be higher than at a small flight school. Consider selecting a college based on location, cost, degrees offered, etc and doing your flight training on the side at a local airport. Your objective should be to have your flight instructor (CFI) and instrument instructor (CFII) completeed by the time you graduate.

Avoid all aviation degrees, unless it as an actual engineering degree.

Also seriously consider military aviation, that is truly the golden ticket into commercial aviation, for many reasons. Avoid helicopters, and look into the air national guard...the ANG is very compatible with a civilian airline career.

is there such a thing as a good flight school?
