it's almost impossible right now to get on with flops. I have a rec and typed in the be-400, an nothing for a year now. also, know a guy with 2 flops guys that walked it in for him and not a peep.

i have run out of ideas.

A recommendation doesn't do a bit of good unless your buddy is calling once every one to two weeks and you are calling at the same rate (leaving voice mails for EG). A buddy of mine is interviewing next week after having his app in for about 3 months. I called often as did he.
