Company Name: WestJet- Encore Internal Code:
Position: Flight Attendant (Calgary, AB) Description: Everyone loves an encore!

The crowd is cheering, and now is your chance to be part of the encore performance. WestJet Encore is about to take flight in the same WestJet fashion as when the airline took to the skies 17 years ago ? by enriching the lives of everyone in WestJet?s world by providing safe, caring and affordable air travel.

WestJet Encore will now bring this remarkable service to Canadians in communities who have been waiting for us. Until now, many of these communities have, unfortunately, not had many air travel options. WestJet Encore will liberate more Canadians in more cities by making the opportunity to connect easier and, above all, more affordable.

Do you want to be part of this encore? Do you have the energy, enthusiasm and commitment to help build the greatest low-cost regional airline in Canada?

We thought you might.

Here?s why you should be here:

You become an owner with a voice that matters. Because owners care, we choose to collaborate with our people and in doing so, we make great business decisions together. We also have a lot of fun doing what we do because we take our jobs seriously but not ourselves.
As an owner, you are eligible to participate in our employee share purchase plan! Up to 10 per cent of your share contributions are matched dollar for dollar by WestJet; the best plan offered amongst regional carriers!
Earn a share of our profits with our profit sharing program. As of the third quarter 2012, we?ve had an amazing 30 consecutive quarters of profitability. Since 1996, WestJet has shared more than $275,000,000 with WestJetters.
Stay healthy with our flexible benefits plan that includes health, dental and more, with a 50/50 cost-share split. Plus, we have wellness programs and strategies to help guide and reinforce a healthy lifestyle.
Travel privileges that include WestJet?s extensive network along with access to the privileges associated with our many global partners. We will get you around the world with no seniority constraints. It?s equal access for all WestJetters.
Sharing interests and solving problems, you will be part of the solution at WestJet Encore by participating in the Proactive Communication Team (PACT). They?re a team of professionals who partner with both the business and employees to create sustainable working conditions by balancing the interests of WestJetters and the company
