You must be a Flight Options pilot.

Based on most of ghostrider64's posting habits, I suspect that he is a Netjets pilot, probably unfamiliar with the issues that DOH would present for the SLI of Flexjet / Flight Options. The Flight Options / Travel Air merger was settled via Relative % for SLI, and DOH would screw with that, on top of being unfair to a large percentage of the Flex pilots.
 
If non-union, they could make it alphabetical, it would be irrelevant.

Very True, Ken Ricci has already shown that seniority has no bearing on how he would run things under his "Management by Trust" philosophy. That's why it is amazing to me that me that it is mostly senior pilots that still oppose the union, because they have the most to lose.
