Totally agree! We flew Continental to Europe for the last four years. It has gone from great to intolerable. We bought tickets on the Evil Empire this year, so you know it is bad if I am willing to deal with them!
 
They start buying used coffee grounds from other airlines?

It's the only possible way United's coffee could taste worse... :puke:
 
i dont ever drink coffee from planes since they found dead mice in ASA's potable water tanks in ATL a few years back
 
I stopped drinking airplane water after I watched the guy using rubber gloves hook up the lav truck, then walk over and hook up the water, with the same gloves... Then the Provo guy with his gloves, mops and cleans the lav, then dumps the ice into the buckets, with the same gloves.

RLA: the only way an airline can violate all known OSHA rules.
