Does anybody know of a good resource to find out the going rate for a ferry pilot?

Specifically an EMB-110 on a 1500 mile open ocean route.

Thanks.

Thanks for the ideas. I figured I'd bring along a Koran and that wierd Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints book I keep seeing on TV.

Does $2000 for a 10 hour day in a non-pressurized, no autopilot, no wx radar aircraft over shark infested water sound appropriate or am I off my rocker?

yes- i'd want $500/day= $5k
i know friends ferrying 175's from brasil to india getting 10K

You would be brain dead to do it for that, $700 per day + expenses.

I've been working at Jetblue to long. When I saw the words "Ferry Pilot" all I thought about was some dipsh!t with a "Gay-Hawk", "Frosted tips" and a "Fag-strap" beard?:crying:

**** These names or terms are not meant to offend anyone. It's the only names I've heard them called by my FA's.
