FedEx Benefits etc..?

I've seen the posts concerning training pay until IOE etc... but am curious to know when benefits such as health insurance actually start. With some companies it begins the month after you start training, and with others it's six months after training. Anyone with FedEx insight please chime in!!

Optimistically hoping to quit treading water soon!!

Healthcare benefits begin immediately.

Just looked at my benefit book:
Health (includes dental and optical) and life start day one.
Disability at 180 days.
A and B fund retirement credit at one year. ( A fund vested at 5 years).
Couldn't find when 401(k) eligibility begins, but I seem to remember 6 months.

December or June following 6 months (I might be off on the months, but it's something like that - - only twice a year.)

Employee Stock Purchase Plan - - 90 days...

Jumpseat privileges - - immediately...

Shipping Discount - - whoopee - - immediately...

any others???
