FAR Part 117 everyone lose$

Has anyone really looked at the new FAR Part 117 rest rules coming online in 2014? You will have to work harder with more days just to remain where you are now. The rules and tables are so convoluted you probably need a sliderule to figure out if your legal. I am surprised that pilot groups AND airlines let this one slip past. Its really gonna affect airlines like Southwest and anyone in the northeast corridor. Should be fun to watch their great idea implemented!

Not to worry. The gubmint is collecting real time data on this via pilot phones and message board posts (a la Prism). The fix will be forthcoming soon!
