FAA eases rules on electronic devices on planes

This now gives the "know all" passengers an excuse not to listen to the safety briefing and if there is an emergency situation they will be the first to scream we did not know what to do. They still should make the passengers put down all their devices (1 or 2 minutes) and listen to the safety briefing.
Unfortunately this will only be remedied by an incident where there are casualties.
