Has anyone here had dealings with them; specifically with FMLA?

They are a firm retained by some airlines to manage HR.

They are a union busting law firm. Their only interest is getting the unions out or keeping them out.

They suck, you will have to follow up with them a lot!! Make sure your doctor fills out every single line, even if the forms are confusing (and they are, even for doctors). Other then that some people who work there are nice, just make sure they get you fax and follow up with them almost everyday until you get an approval or denial e-mail if not you will be lost in the outsourced to Washington D.C. system....
