EJM's EMB-135 Shuttle @ KIWA

Can anyone provide some specific information regarding Executive Jet Management's EMB-135 corporate shuttle operation at KIWA? I'm fairly certain the operation flies for Intel Corp. but I need info on the following:

[1] - Quality of life issues.
[2] - EMB-135 Captain & F.O. pay scales.
[3] - Expected newhire schedules.
[4] - Destination airports.
[5] - Interview process information.

Are you sure that plane is EJM's? Do you have a tail number?

It looks like EJM 5101 has just about a daily flight to HIO [Portland-Hillsboro] from IWA; it returns as EJM 5200. And EJM 4101 goes roughly daily to SJC; it returns as EJM 4000.

Doesn't that just mean they are leasing it through Wells Fargo? Other EJM-operated shuttle flights are listed here:

Several of them list "Intel" as the customer, and many of them appear in the FAA database with Wells Fargo, Trustee as the owner.

That is the same paint scheme I saw at SJC's Jet Center day in, day out. I'm absolutely certain they were EJM drivers shuttling staff for Intel. Aircraft are probably owned by the leasing firm ... at least that's my guess.
