does anyone know of any sim prep before i actually start my training at amaerican Eagle I think it might be a good idea to get some rj or erj sim training before i acctually do eagles training I hear they have a pretty healthy washout rate

I have a friend who just got hired at AE last year. No pre-sim training is needed they have a process they will put you through. Sim training is one of those processes both non-motion sim and full motion sim. Your not going to know what airplane your going to be assigned to until the 1st or 2nd day of class anyway. Washout rate ???
