No, the pilots get an "advance" on the profit sharing,(5% of your projected earnings for 2014) which is something management can do I guess. The way things are going, it was supposed to be at least double what was given for last year (about 8.125% of your W2, given on Feb 14th), so that would be more than 16% (or 2 months pay) this next Feb 14th. But, since oil has dropped over the last couple months, it may be more than 16%. So, now it will be 16/17/18% - 5% on Feb 14th.

Usually there is a DC fund contribution for the profit sharing too (15% of the profit sharing amount is put into your Fidelity Fund). So, if you got a $20K profit sharing check, an additional $3K (15% of 20K) would be added into your account. That will not happen on this check, the full DC amount will supposedly be added to the Fidelity account next Feb.

Also, the pay raise Jan 1, 2015 is 3% for the pilots.

Meanwhile, over half of the domestic flying is being done by regional pilots at 33% the pay of Delta pilots. Makes sense.

Uhhhhh, after 200+ RJs are parked and 88 717s are used to replace them, that won't be the case.

Paycheck details for the PS advance are on Deltanet already. They did make the 15% DC contribution.
