They used to be available down in Griffin, Georgia - can't remember the company....
 
DC-3 Brownsville, TX

I don't know the name of the school, but there was one in Brownsville, TX. Try the AOPA airport guide for schools.

Academy Airlines in Griffin, Ga. Bob gave type ratings in the DC-3, but I'm not sure if they still are.

Do a search for there #, I'll try to dig it up, if I find it I'll post it on here.

Great guy and a great pilot with loads of DC-3 time. He has trained all the Mexico Airforce guys that fly the Mexican Presidental DC-3.
Once you fly a DC-3 nothing else is quite as much fun...
