Does anyone know of a school that does DC-3 types?

I don't know the name of the school, but there was one in Brownsville, TX. Try the AOPA airport guide for schools.

MC Flyers just got their DC-3 flying

They fly out of EVB, it's a little on the high sides, since it's at least $800/hr.

Academy Airlines in Griffin, Ga. Bob gave type ratings in the DC-3, but I'm not sure if they still are.

Great guy and a great pilot with loads of DC-3 time. He has trained all the Mexico Airforce guys that fly the Mexican Presidental DC-3.
Once you fly a DC-3 nothing else is quite as much fun...
