I can tell you they have good people. Probably start at $60k.

I heard that they used to have high turnover (due to mgt and qol) but maybe that has changed?

Wow...60K. I mean, it's a Beechjet, but 60K for PIC, not much.

Try 55k for a BE400A PIC. Things aren't so good out there.
