He is a very rare owner, but believe me, we return the favor as far as our care of him and his operation. One of the things we do is making sure he knows when there is empty cahrter legs that might get him to his vacation home on someone elses dime.

Having one of the newest and nicest charter birds in our area, and having the same clientele for almost 10 years helps a bunch.

You wont really start out like this, we paid our dues first.
 
Most owners do not allow it because they are not educated. That is where you as the CP must educate them.

A charter company will fly TEB-PHL turns all day if they could. They charge a minimum and you get actuals ... they will screw you over if you let them.

The charter companies certainly do not care about duty times with respect to your part 91 operations. Be sure and take control when it comes to your schedule.

Good luck with this. Just be sure that you as the CP are in charge not charter company and you can make it work with a lot of effort on your side.

Great advice. We refuse trips all the time, and we get the mins. Charter co. gets % of actual flight time.
