I am trying to create a profile and I keep getting an error on the page. I used different computers and browsers but no joy. Is there any other way to get an app in via email

Working for me. It's probably norton telling you it's a security violation or something, disable everything that is norton and it should work.

where they asked for an 800 word essey on why I want to work for their pos company and I decided they don't want real pilots.

It's another way to weed out people that don't want to work there. Looks like it worked as designed. So you have to write a few words. That is your chance to sell yourself. If you can't do it with an online app......how do you expect to accomplish the sell in an interview.
