CHQ Contract?

When does the current CHQ pilot contract become amendable? Will you folks be looking for an increase in pilot compensation? Is talking about an increase in wages a topic you might overhear on one of your flightdecks/crewrooms?

Oct 07. Negotiations start Apr 07. Wage increases, especially for FO's, is one of many hot topics. More people seem to want to improve our work rules... they need it.
