Well, to make things fair, us RTA types had to give up seats, while the FO types were able to keep their seats even though they can't hold them, the only fair way to do this is for the original FO pilots to give up their seats and get pay protection like us RTA types did, just look at the senority list it is a joke, there are FO pilots holding left seat in something that are so far down the list that it makes you wonder who got the good deal and who did not, also the pay scales is a joke, going back to year one and making less in something bigger makes NO sense, also the SFO program is a huge joke that needs to be changed to everyones benefit

Why dont you stop crying on this board and start sending your emails to the folks that matter. Call Joe, Chris, your PM and let them know how you feel. Call Mr.Nahill and ask him if he is going to address these problems.
But just putting them here on this board is not the right place.unless you just want to stir the pot.......
