Witnesses said that they dragged a wing on takeoff and no significant weather, but that is all I've seen so far.

A/C was owned by a farm equipment company in Duluth, Georgia. The three pilots were from Epps in PDK.

Will a Challenger go non stop ATL to Europe?

The CL65 has a tremendous roll rate. Pure guess, but it is easy to over react to wake turbulence, or gusing crosswinds, due to the responsiveness of the airplane in roll.
