Any X captains interested in a contract trip out of PIT this week? I was taking the trip but now am unable. It leaves wed evening to sun with stops in MDW SDL and CYVR then returning to PIT. If interested contact their director of ops below.

Best of luck to Thom getting authorization for a contract pilot to operate into Vancouver during the Olympics on such short notice. Flight crew need to be pre-registered prior to requesting a Flight Authorization to operate into the airport.
V2010 ISU R&FA Program: Overview

Applicability

All individuals intending to operate an aircraft into or depart from a facility within Olympic Control Area (OCA) airspace, including cabin crew and any other individuals who have access to the cockpit, must agree to submit to an OCA-access-suitability-check (ASC) by legally-authorized RCMP members at the V2010 ISU prior to doing so. This process is referred to as Registration and, for aircrew, cabin crew, dispatch personnel, ticket agents, employees, emergency response and essential service providers it should be completed well in advance of OCA airspace activation.

General Information

Registration is strictly voluntary, as specific personal information must be released by the identified individual before an OCA ASC can be completed. Individuals may choose not to submit the required information, but they will not be permitted to operate an aircraft or act as a crewmember on board an aircraft intending to access OCA airspace thereafter.
