Sorry if these questions have already been answered numerous times.
For the American based pilots, which US domiciles are now exclusively 777 and which offer both the 747-400/800F and the 777? Do the 777 and 744/8 pay the same?
A buddy of mine at Kalitta saw one of the Cathay 747-800Fs in Anchorage recently. Who gets to fly the 800s? Are American cargo crews trained on both the 400F and the 800F? How many 800Fs are on order going forward?
Lastly, if an American is hired by Cathay nowadays, what's the likelihood that he/she will have to live in HK first or can he bid an American domicile right off the bat?
