How long after date of hire does the companion get to have travel benefits? thanks!

During the first 90 days, employees and their eligble family members (includes companions) may use a max of 2 payroll deductible space available passes each., per month, anywhere on CAL's system. After the 90 day period, passes are unlimited.

how much do the passes cost for oneself or family and is there a timeframe upon if the passes become free at all? Thanks!

$10 each way and I think the $2.50 tsa fee on top of that. After 10 years it is free and no tsa fee.

To Schindler's Listers and PIGs: Since most of you guys are now over 10 years from your Express hire date are you all now getting free passes or did the clock start over when you started with CAL?

quick clarification... are those 2 payroll deduct per month you worked? or per calendar month? and is one pass a round trip ticket? can it include a connection? we are just a bit unclear exactly about the rules.

also, any idea when continental will let the companions travel on commutair? seems like ALL BUT the companion can travel commutair.

round trip is considered one ticket if all booked at the same time... It can be payroll deducted or it can be paid by credit card when booking. Calendar month....

You have to pay for space A on your own airline??? That is no fun.

You also get 12 vacation passes a year which allow you to travel free of charge, and they're good for years. They also allow you to travel at a higher priority.

I've got about 40 of them saved up.
