As advertised, CAL is kicking the hiring into full swing. Got the call for a Sept. interview this morning. Lots of options both in EWR and IAH for interview sessions.

I was just wondering what the turn around time was for a phone call from the time of the application was submitted? I would also be curious if that was with or without a recommendation?

I would say that the time it takes from submitting your resume till interview call has a lot to do with the weight of your rec's. If you have the top brass pushing you , you'll get the call right away, otherwise it could take up to a year, but that is just what I've noticed. A rec from someone on the inside is almost a must for a chance at a interview, just as it is everywhere else such as FedEX and SWA.
