Beards allowed at Flight Options?

I saw a really squared away FO Beechjet crew at ASE last week. The FO had a full beard. I have never seen a pilot with a beard before probably because at least at my company it is prohibited since it prevents sealing of the oxygen mask.

Is this allowed at Flight Options?
