Back Ground Checks

Does anyone know when background checks are currently done, exactly what comes back. I am talking about the FBI rap/arrest record sheet. Is it stricly the charge..ie:corrupting a minor.. or does it come back and say ..corupting a minor---she was 17, 6 foot 2, and looked like Pam Anderson... blagh..blagh ....

Just curious how much info hr dept's get back on our troubled youths. And if they can double check your explanation.

FBI Background Checks

If your that concerned about it, contact a lawyer, have him check your record and see if it can be expunged before you apply.

The Airlines will find out everything.

NDR (National Driver Registration) - DWI’s, Interstate driving offenses other then misdemeanor.

State Driving Records – In my state goes back 3 years.

If the application asks for the COUNTY that the offense occurred you can bet they are going to obtain a copy of your CLERK OF COURTS records. These records are available to the public and contain everything you have ever been charged with and convicted of. They will most likely request only convictions. This is speeding tickets, drugs, larceny etc etc.

If you have lived in more then one county and think you can skate by only mentioning one county they will cross reference the 10 year history with county of residence. They had better match or you can probably bet they are going to order the court reports from the "extra" county as well.

FBI report – Any felonies.

They may or may not due a Credit check on you as well.
