My info is a few years old, but here goes...

King Air FO / Lear FO = $35,000
King Air Capt. / Lear FO = $40,000 - $45,000
Lear Capt. = $55,000
Falcon 20 / Hawker Capt. = $65,000+
G-II Capt. = $75,000 - $80,000+

These numbers are rough, ballpark estimates and are indicative of first year pay in these positions...

I think those numbers work in the midwest.

Hawker SIC = 50,000 - 59,000 based on experience.
Hawker PIC = 65,000 - 80,000 based on experience.

Mike.

North East pay

Up in the North East I'd estimate currently:

Lear FO - $35 - 40,000

Lear Capt - $55 - 65,000

Gulfstream FO $50 - 60,000

Gulfstream Capt (II IIB III) $85 - 95,000+

Hawker guys are making about $5,000-10,000 a year more than Lear guys.

Hope this helps.

330+ hours and a King Air FO job at 18K. I would say take it. Keep an open mind, go by the rules and get the experience.

You might want to spend a few bucks on a Dunn & Bradstreet credit report first. Might save you some pain down the road. We do live in interesting economic times.

Good Luck.

We fly Lears and our guys start at 18000, get 20000 if ATP rated and get 2000 more after 6 months. All training is done at Simuflite and there is a one year contract on that.

The pay is low for FO, but the requirements too, we hired guys with barely 1000 hours and no turbine time.

New Captains do 30000, rapidily rise to 36000. Then ... negotiate

Everybody starts at 2 cents a mile and the sky is the limit.
We got also health and life insurance.

That's it ...
