A little over kill here, but there will be no way to erase the actions done by the Polar MEC and/or their committees that defamed so many at Atlas.

For all out there that had any doubt. The "SCAB LAWSUIT" or ADR over the improper listing of Atlas crewmembers on Pprune as SCABS by the Polar MEC or those under their direction has been concluded.

Why let facts, rules, law, the RLA, moral conduct, and ALPA code of ethics get in the way of how the Polar MEC and membership operates?

What the Polar MEC/Membership has done against Atlas crewmembers could never be fully undone in this and other instances despite the ruling. They have had over a year to spread their lies continuously, poison the waters among other airlines, and post illegal scab lists. That plays so much better to the pilot masses than the truth.

The facts were arbitrated by third party union brothers in favor of Atlas crewmembers and Polars membership still can't believe it. The Polar MEC knows the facts and stay silent in their guilt. Polar MEC Chairman Bobb Henderson has done a great job of lying to his membership and using Atlas crewmembers to cover his mistakes to them.

Mistakes so bad that the ALPA president has to apologize for the Polar MEC actions.

Keep this in mind when you hear Polar crews speak about Atlas crews. ASTAR beware your new self serving ally. Don't keep them behind you, put them in front of you.
