The new president was in ops talking today. The subject of hubs came up. Skywest is looking at many mini hubs (16) similar to the Skywest operation. CVG is at the top of the list.

Aircraft growth was also discussed but he said we need a few more months of performance similar to November before they expand.

You mean ASA is looking at mini hubs like Skywest, or Skywest is looking at opening mini hubs out East while we continue to have ATL as our only option? Clarify your post TecmoTard :p

I would guess: CVG, CAE, & BTR. Just my .02

i would imagine these bases would go rather junior....(oh yea, BNA would be nice too if they could just go ahead and open that, and no one needs to bid. Yea that would be great)

somthing you may not know is that skywest crews overnight in other crew bases all the time. ie DEN crew overnights in TUS, SLC in DEN and so on.

out station basing blows, enjoy the 5am shows and midnight finishes.

If it was where I lived and I didn't havce to commute anymomre, I'd take it....

Someone told me they heard Brad say something about Nashville as well. Anyone actually hear that?
