You could get greater satisfaction watching paint dry. It is my assumption, and only mine, that it will be a while before this is over. The company and committee haven't gotten to the nitty gritty yet (Scheduling, Compensation, etc.). But what do I know, I'm just a line pilot. It looks like as long as we are in neg. the growth will be going elsewhere and I'll be a 4-5 yr. FO. All is not lost, the company is better to work for than others and I enjoy being here. It's just that right now things are slow to improve, but that will change.
If ASA is where you want to be then keep pluggin'. It's a great place to be despite all the BS which, by the way, is at every carrier. Good Luck and may stock prices soar as well as our respective companies.
