Perhaps I'm reading this incorrectly or Crew Planning screwed up again, but I didn't see any reductions on the final award. Weren't we supposed to lose 33 captains on the 200 in ATL?

In fact there were even a few new upgrades on the award... What gives?

There were vacancies and displacements in the original Position Notice. There was actually a net gain of Captain Positions in the original Position Notice. Sometimes, when there are both vacancies and displacements, we encounter a phenomenon known as resultant vacancies. Basically, it's a great big shuffling around, based on seniority. For additional options please say "operator".

You know they always have trouble with addition and subtraction!

More ATL CR2 Captains left that position than the reduction (many went ATL CR7). This resulted in them having to backfill the resultant vacancies on the ATL CR2 CA...

There sure is a lot of anal sex on this forum. We got people bending over, taking it in the rear, and of course anal rape. I guess there's something for everyone here.
