Anyone?

There has been a long and storied history shared between the ASA and XJT MECs regarding the scheduling system for the JCBA. Both sides have clearly put forward their best efforts to represent their pilots over the last two-and-a-half years, and the approval of this process agreement represents a major step forward in our efforts for a JCBA. The MECs of ASA and XJT are both hopeful that this is the first of many steps to come that will finally bring us from two separate groups to one unified ExpressJet Airlines pilot group.

Sounds like whatever they agreed to requires the company to sign off on it. Maybe a joint contract with dual tracks?

The focus for delay is clearly back on management.

Nothing will happen until they're ready to settle(like an RFP award).

Why would an RFP make them want to settle? Republic is going on 5 years now and they got 53 airplanes.

Theyve already approached AMR and told them they will not be able to staff those aircraft adequately. I hope the L-Eagle guys keep or gain that flying, depending on how you look at it...

That's because we now have 70 seat rates and they ASA is scared that they won't get ALL the growth as they had planned!

Doubt that, as staffing are condtions in a RFP...

Or Inc will just keep giving it to SKW
