Been a member there for many years, it used to be pretty active... not so much anymore unless something notable happens. You will need to ask to be a member and then get invited by the admin of the site.. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/airlinedispatchercentral/join and have a Yahoo email address.

Still alot of good information there, many years worth... and many active dx will answer Q's you might have.. Good luck
