Americas 10 worst Airlines!

This seems to be nothing but some hack at Forbes posting a list based on statistics. On time, baggage, cancellations.....

Its not a complete look at these airlines and how they really rank in the customer's view. (That IS what counts)

Of course small jet operators are at the top. When the weather goes down they are always cancelled first and are more often held for connectors......etc.

I think expressjet made the list for the branded flying"Expressjet" not the Cal flying Expressjet. If you look at the picture it was a branded plane.

Highly unlikely. They made the list because of EWR.

I have worked for 3 of the airlines on that list.

Man that is depressing.

Anyone else top that? I'm sure a few of you?
