Someone from AMR emailed me an article on Americans future debt payments. The gist of the article was that AAs debt cost( airplane leases and retirement fund contributions, etc..) would increase some 300-400 percent in 2004 and even more on 2005. I may not be seeing the big picture and definitely dont understand alot about the financials however if they are losing money now it seems pretty hopeless next year.
 
What about the info I heard about a fleet reduction of 75 aircraft at AA with no loss in seat miles. Maybe the increased productivity will offset the increased payments.



What about Delta?? They're in better shape, but how much better??
