Seems like a bad strategy for mgmt. with summer coming, and industry average wage for a 737 has been set by the contracts that have already been signed by Delta, et al.

I fly 75 hours... I do only "my" job and I don't fly sick. I wish everyone did this... hard to fly the summer Schedule with the current staffing level.
