With 87% of the eligible pilots voting the Tentative Agreement has failed by a margin of 61.37% to 38.63%

A little lower rejection than I expected but it still sends a resounding message to management that WE WILL NOT TAKE CONCESSIONS when the company is making record profits and has been profitable for 8 years.

Nice job AirTran pilots, that's the way to stand up for the airline pilot career field.

Now we truly need to stick together and fix this whole mess. The mediator told the union we would start negotiations until after the new year. Let's get it fixed then.
