Airtran--Resistance is futile, you will all be assimilated

Help, Airtran is taking over the world.

No - Were just concentrating on the US airline industry the next two years. We'll get the the rest of the world in a few years.

I have a question for the Airtran guys......What is your pay scale
1st, 2nd, 3rd yr FO, Junior and Senior Captain. Im just curious. Not trying to start anything

I bid for time off, and don't ever pick up extra flying.

My first year W-2 was $42,000 Second year looks like $61,000. Third year, with upgrade, should be around $110,000 and twelfth year pay is $152./hr.

B737-800 would be an additional 11%, I believe.

This contract ends in 2005.

I'm about middle of the pack on the Capt's list and made $133K last year and I'm looking at aprox $140K this year. I value my time off and don't bid the high paying lines very often, about 78-85 a month. The trip/duty rigs add up.

Ty,
The 737-800 pays 13% additional, $173/hr after 12 yrs.
