As a new hire at Airnet, how long is it taking these days to get based at KAPA as a Learjet FO?

I have 400+ Learjet FO time if that helps.

First you will have to fly the props, recently it has been 8-12 months for a SIC LR upgrade. Our industry seem to be tanking out for them moment. I don't know how long it will take. Very little movement at AirNet right now.

That's good.
Last summer I was talking with Craig W. and he said that he was having a hard time keeping up with attrition due to SkyBust and NetJets hiring. Also competing with the bottom feeder regionals' low mins was hurting Airnet.
