So, I went to login to airlineapps.com to refresh my Delta Application.

I was greeted with a page that said my single application had expired. I think I last logged in a month ago.

All of the data I had entered is gone.

UNLESS....I pay the $64.40 for the year. And then my application is magically restored. And the hours I spent on the Delta application isn't down the drain.

I know...its only $64 and a future career with Delta is worth more than that.

But this is really lame.

Am I the only one getting this?

It would have been nice to know that my application has gone inactive.

I got it a few months ago and paid the $64. I didn't want to have my internal recs be burdened with writing letters again.

I paid up too. What a scam! I looked all over their website and couldn't find where it said the single app had an exp. It is advertized as free if you just do one, not free for just the first year. They got all of us by the balls and now they want us to pay up. Not cool

Actually, since Delta won't be hiring for the next year or two you could let it expire.. The data stays in the system. All you have to do it pay the $ fee again and they load up the old info in the application..

I called and asked them that specific question (that was 2 years ago..)
