Has anyone seen or heard of a spiral bound atlas of the US using sectional or WAC charts? There are so many times that I'm flying over the west and see little mountain towns or landing strips that I can't identify. The Rand McNally is good, but there's no topo depicted with elevations, ect.
 
ooh, I like that air chart systems' one. That's exactly what I've been looking for. . . $99 though. Steep! Anybody got an out-of-date one?

I've seen the Captain's Atlas. Not much better than a Rand McNally. . .

Yes, but with navaids & jet routes overlaid. Inexpensive and good for sightseeing - general situation awareness.
