I think they're talking about the job in general, like pay, schedule qol etc. Not just the fact that you can kill multiple people at a time.

The job isn't the stressfull part. It's the crap schedules, work mornings, then nights, then crap pay, sim rides, medical. Crap airport food, crap hotels, hauling around donkeys for 4 days, do i need to go on?
