AIR FORCE Facing Severe Pilot Shortage...

My son was non scholarship ROTC at UTSA which I believe is the number one unit in the country .... Flight slots were cut and few received. I am thinking this is a recent change in plans so we'll see about re-applying for a slot.

The 'shortage' is just of senior Captains and Majors who get out instead of taking a staff job when they become too experienced to fit in to an active duty squadron.

Nope...99 grad here and it helped me fly fighters now for 13 years. Zero Kool-aid has been consumed.
