They should pay closer attention to people’s resumes. I applied with 3500TT and did not get an interview because I did not have “a flying job”. I was on furlough. Now I am flying the ATR somewhere else.

eaglelounge.com is a great site for info on them....I think I remember reading reserve in MIA or SJU was pretty minimal...1-2 months?!?

Maybe it was someting else about your resume. I was hire while on furlough. I wasn't on furlough very long when I got the call though.
