AA hiring to start??

I heard through the rumor mill that AA may start hiring next January. Any American guys have any info either positive or negative on that?

They'd have to start recalling 2800+ guys first before any hiring would occur.

Well at least eagle is hiring. Maybe you can start at eagle and work your way up!

The only way AA will be hiring pilots in January is if the APA negotiates away the recall rights of 2850+ furloughed pilots. Oops, I had better not give them any ideas.
