DEL has several instances of fog during the winter. What problems does this pose with respect to scheduling?

del doesn't have a lot of fog in the winter. it is smoke that causes the visibilty to be so low. on a typical day, the visibility doesnt get above 2500 meters. this occurs all year long. bom isn't much better.

Showoff!

What or who the hell is DEL?
And why would fog be an issue to flying? Just tell the FO to turn on the foglights before they land/take-off. If he/she asks where the switch is, tell them to ask the CA.
