8410-3 PDF Format

Where can I find a PDF (fill in format) for the 8410-3 ?

Most of the forms available will not permit entry on the form ... they are simply print only forms.

While my handwriting is legible, I'd rather type and store the forms on a pen drive.

Typo?

8310-3 - repair station licence?
8710-3 - Ag operator?
8400-3 - Flight Engineer / Flight Navigator?
8710-1 - Airman Certificate?

Very bottom right of any page is hyperlink to "forms". All PDF forms are "fillable" that I can see.

Wish it were a typo ...

I checked the FAA and AOPA website ... no luck ...

8410-3 is the Airman Competency / Proficiency Check form used in FAR135.

I am surprised the FAA Forms website doesn't have it, as most check airmen would probably like to type a form rather than hand write or us a typewriter (God Forbid).
