Does any one have any info for the 3m flight dept.? what kind of requirements, pay, and schedules?

3M only hires Military guys. Do you have any military experience? My uncle is an Exec for 3M. Don't know the specifics, but if you can get it I hear they have a nice compensation package and they truely take care of their people.
