Who said 8 years?? Do you have to go to American? Tons of hiring going on. United, Delta, JetBlue will all hire you. Looks like PDT might double or maybe triple in size thus causing upgrades to go down. Plus if you don't get hired at Delta or United (no where are you guaranteed a Mainline job)you still have an American job in your back pocket. What's wrong with that?

That's why we have 40 in class and flow that atleast 3 have to go a month. We are hearing the want more gone. They don't want 80-90k a year dash captains.
